To celebrate a company anniversary, for team building activities, to engage and motivate your staff, there is nothing

The immediacy of rhythmic language creates harmony, emotional contact and participation among team members,
promoting awareness of fundamental principles such as empathy, listening, communication, leadership and
creativity, even if they speak different languages.
The phases of the activity:
Starting from almost non-existent musical skills, the team will achieve an unthinkable result at the beginning of the
activity: to create a rhythmic orchestra in a short time.
– Briefing: Brief introduction of the activity with related practical information.
– Ice-breaker with body percussion to dissolve tension with joy and immediately create a three-section orchestra that
will perform the song “We will rock you”
– Drum Circle with a series of rhythmic and musical games to understand the dynamics of listening and the roles of
the instruments within the orchestra.
– Division into sections with attribution of musical roles within the orchestra and learning of rhythm in each section.
– Final performance of the song with integration of the rhythms of each musical team.
– Possible de-briefing of the experience to bring out the training aspects of the activity.
