Maurizio Melis, science journalist, hosts the daily broadcast “Smart City, Voices and Places of Innovation” on Radio 24 – Il sole 24 Ore.
For Radio24 he was also the author and host of other formats including the column dedicated to energy efficiency and renewables “Mr Kilowatt”.
He has collaborated with television programs such as GEO (Rai 3) and the Cristina Parodi Show (La7), and with newspapers including Il Sole 24 Ore, Equilibri, Newton.
Author of three essays published for Il Sole 24 Ore, he carries out an intense conference and training activity aimed at both the general public and public administrations, students of all levels, companies and other economic actors, dealing with topics such as energy, smart cities, circular economy, green economy, digital trends and more generally innovation processes, in addition to science communication.
Winner of various journalistic awards including the MiSE “Italia in Classe A” award. Musician in his spare time (but not entirely), he loves to mix popularization and music.
