Marc Randolph is an American tech entrepreneur, advisor, investor, speaker and environmental advocate.

He is the co-founder and first CEO of Netflix, and has laid much of the groundwork for a company that has grown to 150 million subscribers, and has changed the world of the media.

Marc Randolph has served on the Netflix board of directors until retiring from the company in 2003. But Netflix is not his only experience, he has also founded or co-founded six other successful startups, mentored hundreds of early stage entrepreneurs and invested in dozens of successful (and unsuccessful) companies.

Marc Randolph lives in Santa CRuz, California, and gives speeches all over the world.
