Valeria Altobelli

It is quite impossible to qualify and describe Valeria Altobelli, she is simply everything: motivational speaker, event host, ambassador for the women’s rights, model, musician, university lecturer,  and much more. Valeria is the perfect motivator who knows how to captivate the public with her all-round professionalism. Her grace, kindness, uncommon beauty, innate humanity and empathy, and extraordinary diligence that have led her to achieve unexpected results, make her a truly special personality capable of leaving a deep mark on the audiences of the whole world. 

She began taking her first steps in the artistic world at a very young age, studying piano, guitar, percussion, solfeggio, opera singing and theatre from an early age.After attending the experimental classical high school, at the age of 23 she obtained a Master’s degree in Law, with a thesis on Copyright and Copyleft. She followed this up with a Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomatic Training at the SIOI diplomatic career school in Rome. Immediately after graduating, she embarked on and completed a notary practice.

Her career as a model began at a very young age, alongside that as a singer when she was crowned Miss World Italy in 2004: the two worlds of singing and beauty came together once again on the stage of Miss World, in China, when she came among the best in the world in the talent contest.

Soon she also began to conduct events, treading the most prestigious stages in Italy and around the world and presenting shows on music, sport, politics and fashion.

In 2016 she was awarded the Young Female Personality of the Year award in Sorrento for her serious and constant work in the field of art and culture, an award that was also confirmed in January 2024.

She is the founder and president of an international charity association, Mission NGO, which has volunteers from more than 150 countries worldwide. Together with the Mission NGO girls, Valeria, in June 2017, raised funds for the reconstruction of a kindergarten in Abruzzo, thanks to a solidarity fashion show in which 40 of her friends, representatives from as many countries of the world, took part free of charge, together with other Italian artists and colleagues from the world of entertainment.

Since 2013 she has been working for Rai and Mediaset on the most representative Italianl TV programmes.

The multifaceted artist is responsible for the production, adaptation and performance in 6 sung, 15 spoken and 23 written languages of ‘I’m standing with you’, transforming the song into an anthem against gender violence. She works in an international project in support of the United Nations Foundation and the COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund for the World Health Organization (WHO) supported by Google, YouTube and the World Health Organization (WHO).

In 2021, she collaborated in a series of seminars with the Chair of the History of Institutions at the University of Cassino. His c.v. includes lectures on Copyright History in the Master of Journalism at the Suor Orsola Benincasa University in Naples and teaching Copyright Law at the Academy of Cinema and Television at the University of Sannio. She also qualifies as a freelance journalist in 2021.

In 2022 Valeria is chosen by the Isha Foundation, an international association based in Tennessee (USA) and chaired by the Indian Master Sadhguru, as a world ambassador and is the only European artist to perform during the World Earth Day concert, broadcast in streaming worldwide.

Valeria is chosen as a member and Goodwill Ambassador by international women’s movements, such as Universal Woman, based in the UK, the Emirates and South America, and Power of Women, based in the US and India, founded together with women leaders from 5 continents.

In 2022, Valeria is Director, Creator and Professor of the School of Higher Education for Artistic and Cultural Productions of the Department of Humanities of the University of Cassino and Lazio Meridionale.

Again in 2023 she wrote the soundtrack for the film Paradox Effect and produced, wrote the soundtrack and acted in the short film Maledetta Primavera, on the theme of gender equality in sport, sponsored by FIGC and CONI.

In June 2023, she participated, as the only Italian contact person, in the Women Leadership Summit in Belgrade, Serbia, and was included as a Board Advisor Member within the international assembly of women leaders. In September of the same year, she took part in the world conference organized by the Power of Women movement at a conference-event connected to the G-20, with a focus on the international women’s issue.

Since September 2023, Valeria has taught International Cyber Law at the Department of Law and Economics of the University of Cassino.
