Her life was dedicated to high competition sport. She wore the shirt of the Italian National Volleyball team for 12 years with 228 appearances and winning international titles and awards,

Being the captain meant constantly getting involved, taking responsibilities, managing stress, training empathy and be ready for quick strategy changes. Basketball has taught her that a good communication, preparation and a shared goal are the essence of a winning team.

Today Maurizia offers her experience as a former Captain of the National Volleyball Team for motivational speeches corporate events, conventions and workshops using the metaphor of sport.
